RefurbMe is a comparator for Apple refurbished products sold by professional refurbishers. We do not fulfill orders nor take your payment details. When you select a product on RefurbMe, you are redirected to the refurbisher's website. This is where you complete your order and fill in your shipping information and payment details.
Although, all merchants provide a minimum for all products, so you should be able to get proper support to get your problem fixed :)
